With just weeks to go until Election Day, it looks like we’re in for a doozy.
Not just nationally — as polls for the most hotly contested State House and Senate races all across Missouri are separated by razor thin margins. Missouri’s entire State Legislature – the State House and Senate – is up for grabs.
And BILLIONAIRE anti-gun activist Michael Bloomberg is doing everything he can to turn Missouri into another anti-gun “utopia” like California and nearby Illinois!
If we don’t fight back, I’m worried we’ll be staring at a gun control DISASTER in 2019 and beyond.
That’s why I’m pulling out all the stops with the largest mobilization program that the Missouri Firearms Coalition has ever run!
Below is a picture of just some of the mail we are deploying in targeted races across Missouri.
The mail above will be exposing candidates like anti-gun Senate hopeful Jim Billedo who is running to defeat one of our top allies, Republican Eric Burlison, who led the charge to pass Constitutional Carry and Stand-Your-Ground in the State House in 2016.
Today, Eric Burlison is running for the Senate and the gun-grabbers are going all-out to crush him.
The copy is written. The ads are cut. But with time running out, I’m counting on your immediate help to run them!
The truth is, hard-hitting mail programs like these – which lay gun-grabbers’ records bare – are a nightmare for anti-gun candidates like Jim Billedo who are challenging our pro-Second Amendment allies.
As a candidate for State Senate, Billedo’s:
*** Supported the passage of ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ laws, which would allow gun owners to lose their gun rights via secret court proceedings that they can’t attend;
*** DEMANDED the repeal of Missouri’s Stand Your Ground Law and Constitutional Carry;
*** Supported BANNING AR-15s, which tens of thousands of Missourians own!
But it’s not just Senate District 20 that I’m ready to target.
The Missouri Firearms Coalition is also preparing massive ad blitzes in House District 139 as well.
Here, State Rep. Jered Taylor (R-Nixa) is fending off a challenge from anti-gun Democrat Cora Hanf.
Rep. Taylor has been one of our strongest allies, leading the fight for “Gun Free Zone” Repeal in the House. Now he’s being targeted for removal by BILLIONAIRE gun-grabber Michael Bloomberg as a result.
Rep. Taylor’s opponent, Cora Hanf, wants a full repeal of Missouri’s Stand-Your-Ground Law as well as Constitutional Carry, and even supports Bloomberg’s “Universal Background Check” (AKA Statewide Gun Registration) scheme!
And don’t forget that the Missouri Firearms Coalition is also doing everything we can to make sure every gun owner in the state has all of the facts about Senator MaCaskill’s 12-year war against gun owners as well!
McCaskill has supported every piece of radical gun control legislation that then-President Obama and his cronies put on the Senate floor from 2009 – 2016, including:
>>> Her vote to ban the ever-popular AR-15 on April 17, 2013 which would make you a felon for the crime of owning a gun that over 12 million gun owners currently possess;
>>> Her vote to try to pass ‘Universal Gun Registration’ legislation (A-649,) on April 17, 2013 which would make criminals out of Missouri grandfathers for passing family firearms down to their children and grandchildren without government permission;
>>> Her vote against national reciprocity legislation (A-1618) on July 22, 2009 which continues to put well-meaning gun owners in legal jeopardy for carrying a firearm across state lines, assuming that they are covered by their state’s permit.
Of course, I could go on and on.
Already this ad has been seen by tens of thousands of gun owners in Missouri, but we have to do much more, especially with gun-grabbers going all out this election year!
Of course, Internet, radio and newspaper ads aren’t cheap – especially with federal campaigns attempting to buy up every last shred of airtime.
But I don’t want to hold anything back. Help us draw a line in the sand NOW!
It’s no secret that gun owners in Missouri have lost some of our momentum over the last two years, as massive crowds of gun-control supporters convinced legislative leaders to pull all pro-gun bills from consideration during the 2017-2018 session.
Now those same radical gun grabbers are hoping to hit the ground running in 2019, using their momentum to try to overturn Missouri’s Constitutional Carry and Stand-Your-Ground law.
We have to draw a line in the sand. We have to push back!
As you know, Missouri’s Second Amendment supporters shocked everyone in 2016 by passing Stand-Your-Ground and Constitutional Carry over the veto of then-Democrat Governor Jay Nixon.
But you and I also know that those stunning results didn’t happen in a vacuum.
It was the result of a massive grassroots program that was all funded by gun owners right here in Missouri!
With so much on the line in 2018 I am counting on you again, and this time we need to go bigger than ever before.
It’s time to lay it all on the line.
It’s time to ensure that when the smoke clears from Election Day 2018, you and I are giving each other high-fives instead of preparing for an all-out legislative battle in Jeff City next session!
That’s why I’m counting on you to help me deploy the hard-hitting direct mail and digital ad campaigns I’ve described above, to as many Missouri gun owners as possible.
I know that’s a lot to ask for.
It’s more than you’ve ever given before. But time is running out, and the stakes are higher than ever.
If $100 is just too much, please agree to $50 or at least $25.
This is it. This is the final stretch before the 2018 midterms.
The Missouri Firearms Coalition is “all in.”
Are you?
Will you please agree to your most generous contribution of $100, $50 or at least $25 TODAY?
Dr. Curt Frazier
Chairman
P.S. The Missouri Firearms Coalition is prepared to unleash a mountain of direct mail, emails, and online ads during the final few weeks before Election Day, to EXPOSE gun-grabbers and give gun owners the facts.
But I’m counting on your IMMEDIATE financial support to help us put this critical program in motion!
With time running out, I can’t waste a minute.
