Citing a ‘judicial scheduling conflict,’ the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals has just removed SAPA from the docket for this Friday — which means we will not be in court this weekend!
I know that a lot of gun owners were interested in attending this showdown between Joe Biden and MO Attorney General Andrew Bailey, so I wanted to let you know the date has been changed.
As of right now, there is no makeup date.
The moment I get one, I’ll be sure to let you know.
