Missouri’s own Eric Burlison has filed legislation for the American Firearms Association (our national affiliate) to Abolish the ATF forever!
The bill is H.R. 221 and it’s been assigned to the House Judiciary Committee.
Twenty years ago, if a Republican filed this bill he would be crucified in the press and in many circles of the gun rights community.
Ten years ago, after Fast and Furious, all the Republicans in Congress would say is that the ‘ATF needs an overhaul.’
But Congressman Burlison knows what you and I know: that the ATF is a rogue agency that exists to harass law abiding gun owners. It can’t be reformed or overhauled; it needs to be ABOLISHED!

And Burlison is not alone in this.
In just the last few days, a dozen additional members of Congress have added their names onto H.R. 221 including gun rights leaders like Tom Massie, Lauren Boebert, Bob Onder, Mary Miller, Andy Biggs, and more!
This is the kind of big, bold legislation that gun owners want to see Republicans working on during this Congress.
Now it’s time for the rest of Missouri’s Congressional Republicans to support this legislation.

And it’s not enough for them to vote pro-gun only on the floor.
