Tell the Senate to Pass SB-23, to Fix SAPA!

The Senate Transportation Committee has just passed Senate Bill 23, MOFC’s legislation to re-instate the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) here in Missouri.

As you know, our prior SAPA law was struck down by the Federal courts. This legislation was designed to address those objections while still giving protection to gun owners.

SB-23 prevents the Federal Government from using Missouri cops to enforce Federal gun control laws here in Missouri.

It also provides civil penalties that allow individual gun owners to hold departments who willfully violate this law accountable in Civil court.

Now it’s time for the Senate to take action. Please send this Pre-Written email to your State Senator urging him/her to vote ‘YES’ on Senate Bill 23.
