Now is the Time to Pass SAPA Law in MO!

MOFC’s Second Amendment Preservation Act has cleared the committee process in the House and Senate and has been added to the Senate debate calendar meaning it could be voted on at any moment!

SAPA was first passed in 2021, and told the federal government they can’t use our cops to enforce federal gun control laws! Biden hated it, and the DOJ sued Missouri over it.

The 8th Circuit has blocked SAPA law.

But in their decision, the court made it clear that they had no issue with Missouri not helping the feds and they had no issue with the civil penalties in SAPA law. Their issue was with the preamble.

This year’s SAPA bill simply removed those paragraphs, while keeping the sections of SAPA that are needed to defend gun owners.

And with Trump in the White House, now is the time to get this done! That’s because Trump’s Department of Justice won’t sue the State of Missouri over SAPA once we fix it!

This vote could happen very, very soon!

Send this PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL to your State Senator urging him to oppose any harmful amendments to SB-23, and to VOTE YES on the bill!

Once you’ve done that, take the next step and become a member of the Missouri Firearms Coalition so that we can keep fighting for you in Jeff City and in D.C.! You can get involved at www.JOINMOFC.com!
