Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is leading the defense of the Second Amendment Preservation Act for Missouri in court.

Bailey is also fighting for Lake City Ammo company in Independence, MO, as the Biden White House harasses them.

And Bailey is pushing back on the narrative that we need to pass gun control here in Jeff City to deal with violent crime in St. Louis and Kansas City.

Recently I interviewed Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to ask him about each of these situations. We covered these and a lot more in an interview that you’re going to want to see!

If we win in the 8^th Circuit and defend SAPA law, the DOJ will almost certainly appeal their defeat to the Supreme Court. As you heard from Attorney General Bailey, Joe Biden has no choice.

If we lose in the 8^th Circuit, as you just heard, this fight will be appealed by us to the Supreme Court.
