Missouri has always been a leader in the fight for gun rights.
We were an early Constitutional Carry state. And we were the first state to pass Stand-Your-Ground law after it stalled in the wake of the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin shooting.
But nothing tops the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) that we passed into law in 2021.
Our SAPA law is a kill-shot to Biden’s gun control agenda because it asserts state sovereignty and instructs Missouri cops to enforce Missouri gun laws only –- meaning Biden needs to use federal agencies to enforce his gun control agenda.
Biden hates it. And that’s why he’s suing to overturn it.
And now we’re heading into the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals to fight for Missouri. But as you’re about to hear, there is a lot more at stake than just Missouri. Watch our video below!
If we win, our gun rights will be secured and we’ll have paved the path for red states nationwide! If we lose, the fight for SAPA will move into the United States Supreme Court.
