It’s going down tomorrow!
Tomorrow afternoon the House General Laws Committee will be holding hearings on House Bill 630, our legislation to repeal deadly ‘Gun Free Zones’ here in Missouri!
And let me tell you, the pressure here in Jeff City is mounting, as anti-gun groups — funded by Michael Bloomberg — are colliding with the members of the Missouri Firearms Coalition as the hearing gets closer.
That’s why I’m urging all of the members and supporters of MOFC to contact the committee members again, right away, before tomorrow’s committee meeting!
Simply put: these so-called ‘Gun Free Zones’ are targeted by blood-thirsty criminals who are looking for a place to hurt as many innocent people as possible.
Almost every time we’ve seen one of these mass shootings they take place in churches, schools, and other ‘Gun Free Zones’ –- the same places where you and I can’t carry here in Missouri!
And that’s despite the passage of Constitutional Carry legislation here in Missouri last year!
But as we all know, an armed killer wouldn’t even pause at the sight of a silly ‘Gun Free Zone’ sign.
That’s exactly what House Bill 630 would do — give you and me a chance to defend ourselves by doing away with the current law that has created so many of these ‘Gun Free Zones.’
So please, before tragedy strikes here in Missouri, contact the members of the House General Laws Committee right away and urge them to move this bill through the committee with no weakening amendments.
Anti-gun organizations are working overtime to stop this bill outright, but they will settle for undermining the bill severely with a weakening amendment.
So please contact the committee members right away, using the information below. As you’ll see, you can send them an email, call them, or send them a message on Facebook.
Better yet, do all three!
Here’s a sample message that you can use:
Dear Representative:
As a member of the House General Laws Committee, I urge you to move HB630 through the committee right away and with no weakening amendments.
HB630 would do away with the deadly ‘Gun Free Zones’ that are in effect in dozens of locations here in Missouri — places where I’m left defenseless in the event of an armed attack.
Countless examples in the last few years show that it’s so-called ‘Gun Free Zones’ like the ones we have here in Missouri that are the favorite targets of violent killers.
With the bill having passed the Second Amendment Sub-Committee and with time running out, I hope you’ll move this bill through the committee as soon as possible.

Remember, the committee meets tomorrow at 4pm, you must act fast.
Many people are working behind the scenes to stop this bill saying things like, ‘We passed a gun bill last year, why must we deal with this now?’
Momentum is everything in Jeff City, we’re either losing ground or we’re gaining ground. That starts with gun owners making their voices heard.
So please, contact the committee and then share this with every gun owner you know!
