💪 Major Gun Rights Victory in the 9th Circuit!

Fighting in court and seeing gun control laws get struck down one after the next as the Supreme Court’s Bruen decision is implemented, is one of the most enjoyable parts of my job!

And last week was another case study that you are going to love.

California has had a 1 gun a month policy in place for almost 25 years — and it had been made worse over the years.

Until now.

Last week, the 9^th Circuit took a boat paddle to the backside of the California Attorney General’s office, striking down this tyrannical policy in style!
