I know that with the election just 15 days away, everyone is focused on that. We are too; we’ve been flooding your inbox and social media platforms with critical election info.
But we have some breaking news in the fight for gun rights in Missouri, and I don’t think this can wait until the elections.
For weeks now after the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals sided with the District Court in striking down Missouri’s SAPA law, we’ve been in discussion with the Attorney General on the next step.
It’s been a busy time.
Along the way, you’ve been asking us questions like:
Why did the court decide this case this way? Did they interact with the SCOTUS precedent? Did they have an issue with the 10th Amendment implications? En banc appeal? SCOTUS? Timeline?
Days ago, I did an interview with Attorney General Andrew Bailey who has just revealed in this video that he’ll be taking the fight for SAPA directly to the United States Supreme Court!
As we’ve said all along, SAPA is the most consequential gun rights issue today. Because the ramifications of it are FAR greater than Constitutional Carry or Stand-Your-Ground.
SAPA is how we keep red America free from the dictates of an out-of-control federal government that wants to use our cops to enforce an agenda that we do not agree with.
This issue isn’t going away, even when Trump wins next month.
Odds are, we’ll be right back in this position 5 years from, with a Democrat in the White House that will be far worse than Joe Biden ever way…we need SAPA.
Thankfully, in Andrew Bailey, we have an Attorney General who understands the 2nd Amendment and the 10th Amendment and is committed to taking this fight all the way to the top!
As you heard Attorney General Bailey say, they are counting on organizations like MOFC to aid in this fight with Amicus Briefs.
