This is happening very fast.

Late last night, the Senate Transportation Committee took up SB-23, MOFC‘s bill to Enhance Missouri’s Second Amendment Preservation Act.

As you know, this is MOFC‘s bill to make small changes to our SAPA law that will ensure it survives any future legal court challenges.

I was proud to testify in support of this legislation on behalf of the members of MOFC.

• Mom’s demand action was there in force trying to kill the bill.
• Law enforcement lobbyists (not Frontline cops) were there in force trying to kill the bill.
• The city of St. Louis was also there, trying to kill the bill.

But we’re not going to let that happen.

I need every gun owner in Missouri to contact the members of this Committee immediately and urge them to advance SB-23 at their next Committee meeting with no weakening amendments!
