I’m very pressed for time today, so I’ll make this short.
Last week, Senator Bill Eigel and I testified before the Senate General Laws Committee about our legislation (SB-10) to ban ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ here in Missouri.
This 7-man committee has just 2 Democrats, so passing this should be easy. But earlier today, when the committee met again, they refused to advance the bill!
That’s why I hope you’ll immediately send the committee this PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL, demanding that they move Senate Bill 10!

Missouri needs SB-10 because last year Biden passed landmark legislation that gave him $750,000,000 to use to incentive (aka bribe) states into passing ‘Red Flag’ laws.
In fact, the DOJ already sent Missouri $5.4 million of this money, just last week!
And with crime exploding in St Louis because Kim Gardner won’t prosecute criminals, it’s a convenient cover for RINOs in Jeff City who want to pass ‘Red Flags’ and take that ‘free’ money.
That’s why we need Senate Bill 10; it would ban ‘Red Flag’ laws here in Missouri and it would ban the state from receiving federal money to enforce them in Missouri!
But banning ‘Red Flags’ starts with the Senate General Laws Committee moving the bill out of their committee, so please email them immediately!

I need you to take action. You see, not only are RINOs here in Jeff City slow-rolling pro-gun bills like SB-10, they are actively trying to advance gun control bills.
That’s why they need to hear from you, so they remember that RINOs who attack gun rights here in Missouri rarely survive their primaries…especially if they run statewide.
