The legal fight over the Second Amendment Preservation Act is underway in Cole County, and the Missouri Firearms Coalition is fighting with everything we’ve got!
Still furious that they were unable to stop us in the legislature, St. Louis and Jackson Counties are doing everything they can to get a judge to block Missouri’s SAPA law, instead.
You see, the petty tyrants running the show in cities like St. Louis and Kansas City were chomping at the bit to order their police departments to start seizing firearms from gun owners if Joe Biden signed legislation like S. 736 into law.
But SAPA law won’t let St. Louis Mayor Tish Jones or KC Mayor Quinton Lucas lift a finger to assist federal authorities in enforcing any part of Biden’s war on gun owners, and they hate us for it!
The first hearing on SAPA took place just a few days ago in Cole County, and after spearheading the fight for SAPA in the legislature, you can bet that MOFC will be fighting to defend SAPA in court.
In fact, our first Amicus Brief was just filed and accepted by the judge in this case! But now we need your help to build up the SAPA Defense Fund, to make sure we can go toe-to-toe with these gun-grabbing socialists!

I can’t stress how important it is that MOFC has the resources we need to fight this battle in court.
If a judge overturns Missouri’s SAPA law, then Missouri cops will be ordered to help enforce any federal gun control laws (or Executive Actions) that Joe Biden can get passed in Congress.
SAPA blocks all of that, by ordering Missouri cops to enforce Missouri laws when it comes to firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
What’s more, Missouri’s SAPA law has real teeth. Should St. Louis, for example, order their police department to violate SAPA law and enforce federal gun control laws, you could take them into civil court immediately!
That’s why Missouri’s SAPA law is the best in the nation. It’s not a meaningless resolution. It’s not a token law that requires the Governor or state Attorney General to enforce it. And it comes with civil penalties of $50,000 per violation!
But for SAPA law to be effective, we need to fight like hell to defend it in court. MOFC is doing that right now; will you stand with us and help fund our legal fight?

Already lawmakers in other states like Iowa, Wyoming, Minnesota, Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania and many others are introducing identical copies of our SAPA legislation.
And the moderates in those states would love nothing more than to see SAPA fall in a Missouri courtroom, to then shrug their shoulders and say, ‘There’s no point in trying here.’
