Now that the legislature has passed the Second Amendment Preservation Act (H.B. 85), all eyes are on Governor Mike Parson as the fate of this bill rests with him alone now.
Governor Parson has three options.
He can sign the bill into law within 15 days of receiving the bill from the legislature. He can veto the bill, like Governor Nixon did to our Constitutional Carry bill in 2016, requiring a veto override vote from the legislature. Or he can take no action, and H.B. 85 will become law by default in 15 days.
As we told you yesterday, based on some statements that the Governor has made previously, it would be a mistake to assume that Parson doesn’t need to hear from you about this bill!
That’s why the Missouri Firearms Coalition has just released this digital ad, urging gun owners to FLOOD the Governor’s office with calls and emails insisting that he sign SAPA legislation into law.
Check it out here, or by clicking the box below.
SAPA legislation is the ONLY thing standing in the way of our Second Amendment freedoms here in Missouri and Joe Biden’s plan of destroying them through executive actions and tyrannical legislation!
But this is only going to be effective if the Governor signs the bill into law — which is why he needs to hear from you now!

And I hope that you’ll also make an immediate donation to help us get this ad in front of as many gun owners as possible. We’ve put an initial ‘boost’ on this video, but we need to increase that FAST!

P.S. With the pressure mounting on Governor Parson to veto the Second Amendment Preservation Act, the Missouri Firearms Coalition is out with our first ad urging Missourians to contact the Governor!
Please watch the video above, and then contact Parson immediately, insisting that he sign H.B. 85 into law.
